This is an exciting opportunity for someone experienced in Accounts Receivable who is eager to advance their career and join a growing company.

About Your New Role

• Onboarding new customers, credit controls.
• Reconciling customer accounts.
• Assisting with month-end activities for the shared service team.
• Creating project codes to streamline operations.
• Assume full ownership of the entire debtor’s ledger, control of accrued and deferred income.
• Intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Implement a structured dunning letter process to enhance collections and maintain effective communication with debtors, ensuring alignment with the debt collector.
• Control of the accrued income.
• Managing day-to-day cash and preparation of short-term cash flow.
• Good understanding of double entries.
• Reporting on operational KPI.
• Managing the accounts mailbox and phone line.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in sales ledger management and credit control.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

This is a superb role for someone in Accounts Receivable, ready to take ownership of the Sales Ledger and Credit Control function. You will be working amongst a fantastic peer group who are extremely supportive and collaborative.
