We are collaborating with an established investment management firm that is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join its team. The firm has an excellent history of successful investing and numerous exciting changes planned for the upcoming year.

The role will be managing the AP team with the end-to-end accounts payable process. They are looking for a collaborative, proactive individual who is comfortable with communicating with Senior Stakeholders.

Your Role:

  • Managing the AP team, which currently consists of five members: another AP Manager, two AP Analysts, an AP contractor, and an AP Assistant.
  • Processing daily tasks, including payment runs, invoices, and supplier queries.
  • Involvement in P2P system implementation.
  • Producing the quarterly and annual appraisals for the team.

Your Skills:

  • Pro-active worker with great interpersonal skills for communicating with team members and stakeholders.
  • Must have previous line management experience.
  • Excellent Excel skills and a high attention to detail.
