A well-known wealth management firm is hiring a Regulatory Reporting Manager to take ownership of all things regulatory reporting. You’ll sit close to senior leadership; expect regular interaction with the CFO, CEO, and key stakeholders across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and deliver all FCA regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are never missed
- Act as the go-to subject matter expert on regulatory requirements, keeping the business ahead of the curve
- Lead the ICARA process under IFPR – including production, analysis, and presentation to senior stakeholders
- Support capital planning, stress testing, and wind-down modelling
- Monitor and report on regulatory and liquidity capital
- Keep cashflow reporting tight and compliant
- Deliver monthly reporting for management, shareholders, and lenders
- Review annual financial statements across multiple entities
- Support audits, statutory reporting, and tax filings
- Get involved in M&A due diligence and integration
- Help maintain banking mandates and broader finance operations
What You’ll Need
- Strong experience in FCA regulatory reporting
- Proven ICARA and IFPR experience (non-negotiable)
- Solid grounding in financial reporting and IFRS
- Ability to translate complex regulation into clear, actionable insight
- Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
