Overview
Our client is a newly formed Private Equity firm with an exciting requirement for a qualified Fund Accountant with at least a couple of years experience in a similar role. This rare opportunity will join the recently formed London office and work closely with the CFO, initially assisting with a variety of tasks but once up and running the focus will be on fund finance work.
Your Role (in time):
- Responsibility for the production of the fund and investment performance.
- Perform fund forecasting and modelling.
- Working closely with various third parties including Jersey fund administrators.
- Involvement with Investor Relations work including dealing with queries.
- Review of regulatory and tax reports.
- Assisting with corporate accounting and compliance duties.
- Involvement in other tasks as requested by the CFO.
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Be fully qualified accountant ACA with at least 2 years Fund Accounting experience (ideally Private Equity).
- Have the ability to build good relationships, both internal and external.
- Be able to multi-task and enjoy a fast paced environment.
They are looking to offer the successful candidate £70,000 – £85,000 + excellent benefits and bonus potential.
