Your Role
- Responsibility for the production of the investment performance reporting.
- Ensure that the financials are in line with the targets set at acquisition.
- Work closely with the Transaction team assisting on new deals as well as exits.
- Review of the portfolio companies financial reporting and tax structures.
- Assist with liquidity management and cash flow forecasting.
- Monitoring the funds compliance with sustainability reporting.
- Review financial models and involvement in deal specific projects.
Your Skills & Qualifications
- Be a recently qualified ACA with Investment Management funds audit experience and a strong interest in ESG.
- Have the ability to build good relationships with the Investee companies senior management teams.
- Be able to multi-task and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
