Senior Practice Manager to become the operational backbone of the organisation.
You'll take ownership of operations, compliance, technology, people and client experience, working closely with the founders to help scale the business.
You'll be responsible for
- Driving operational excellence across the practice

- Leading compliance, governance and quality processes
