We are seeking a Financial Controller to join a senior finance team within a leading international talent management agency. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, this role offers broad exposure across a dynamic, globally operating business. You will take ownership of statutory compliance, revenue recognition, and the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across multiple entities. This position requires close collaboration with international teams, particularly a German subsidiary, and a strong understanding of German GAAP and business practices. We are currently only considering GERMAN SPEAKING qualified accountants, and this position will provide sponsorship for German nationals looking to move to London if required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the period-end close process
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Manage the audit process end to end
