A growing investment management firm is looking for a Client On-Boarding Analyst to join their Client Operations team on a 6 month fixed term contract. They have over £3 billion under management with a diverse range of investment strategies over various sectors. Your role will be supporting the wider team and will play a vital role in the accurate and timely data entry of financial contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the on-boarding process for new clients, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure a seamless experience.
- Be responsible for the accurate input of lease and loan contract data into the new operations system.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Compliance, Client Services and Sales, to facilitate smooth operations and address client needs effectively.
- Ad hoc and supporting role where required to ensure the smooth running of the whole Client Operations department.
- Conducting data verification and quality assurance checks to ensure alignment with contract terms.
About you:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within Financial Services, ideally within leasing or loans is key.
- In-depth knowledge of application processing, handling large volumes of retail applications.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, would be beneficial.
- Solid understanding of UK Regulations for Know Your Client and Anti Money Laundering rules.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
