An exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to lead finance operations, strengthen financial controls, support strategic planning, and partner with teams across a creative and values-led organisation. We are currently only considering candidates who are available immediately or at short notice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day finance function and manage finance team members.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, charity requirements, and internal controls.
  • Improve financial systems, processes, reporting, and procurement practices.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, management accounts, and cash flow reporting.
  • Support payroll, VAT, taxation, audits, and statutory reporting.
  • Provide financial insight and business partnering to senior stakeholders.
  • Support commercial activity, contracts, fundraising budgets, and restricted funds management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase income.

What We’re Looking For

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified or finalist level.
  • Strong experience in finance leadership, reporting, and business partnering.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge.
  • Experience in charity, education, arts, or not-for-profit sectors desirable.
