An exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to lead finance operations, strengthen financial controls, support strategic planning, and partner with teams across a creative and values-led organisation. We are currently only considering candidates who are available immediately or at short notice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day finance function and manage finance team members.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, charity requirements, and internal controls.
- Improve financial systems, processes, reporting, and procurement practices.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, management accounts, and cash flow reporting.
- Support payroll, VAT, taxation, audits, and statutory reporting.
- Provide financial insight and business partnering to senior stakeholders.
- Support commercial activity, contracts, fundraising budgets, and restricted funds management.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase income.
What We’re Looking For
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified or finalist level.
- Strong experience in finance leadership, reporting, and business partnering.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge.
- Experience in charity, education, arts, or not-for-profit sectors desirable.
