A permanent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to lead finance operations, strengthen financial controls, support strategic planning, and partner with teams across a creative and values-led organisation. We are currently only considering candidates who are available immediately or at short notice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular management information and financial insight to support strategic decision-making across the senior leadership team.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, including periodic forecasting and reforecasting activities.
- Support the day-to-day running and development of the finance function alongside the COO and Head of Finance.
- Drive improvements in finance systems, reporting processes, and data visualisation tools to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.
- Partner with the commercial team to identify emerging trends, new markets, and potential acquisition opportunities that support sustainable growth.
- Support payroll, VAT, taxation, audits, and statutory reporting.
- Provide financial insight and business partnering to senior stakeholders.
What Weβre Looking For:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified or finalist level.
- Strong experience in finance leadership, reporting, and business partnering.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge.
- Experience in not-for-profit sectors desirable.
