We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our London-based finance team in a newly created, hands-on role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning processes, managing people, and working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the accounts payable and banking function across UK, US, and UAE entities
- Line managing the Purchase Ledger Assistant and overseeing day-to-day AP operations
- Reviewing weekly payment runs, aged creditors and debtors, and resolving queries
- Managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely, accurate payments
- Reviewing employee expenses and company credit card activity
- Preparing and reviewing bank and balance sheet reconciliations in NetSuite
- Supporting intercompany recharges, cashflow preparation, audits, and month-end
- Delivering finance training and supporting ad hoc projects across the team
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable or finance management role
- Strong knowledge of AP processes, reconciliations, and cash management
- Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable being hands-on while managing workloads and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; NetSuite experience desirable
