A well-known wealth management firm is hiring a Regulatory Reporting Manager to take ownership of all things regulatory reporting. You’ll sit close to senior leadership; Expect regular interaction with the CFO, CEO, and key stakeholders across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and deliver all FCA regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are never missed
Act as the go-to subject matter expert on regulatory requirements, keeping the business ahead of the curve
Lead the ICARA process under IFPR – including production, analysis, and presentation to senior stakeholders
Support capital planning, stress testing, and wind-down modelling
Monitor and report on regulatory and liquidity capital
Keep cashflow reporting tight and compliant
Deliver monthly reporting for management, shareholders, and lenders
Review annual financial statements across multiple entities
Support audits, statutory reporting, and tax filings
Get involved in M&A due diligence and integration
Help maintain banking mandates and broader finance operations
What You’ll Need
Strong experience in FCA regulatory reporting
Proven ICARA and IFPR experience (non-negotiable)
Solid grounding in financial reporting and IFRS
Ability to translate complex regulation into clear, actionable insight
Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
