We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tyre Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be comfortable working with various tools and equipment. As a Tyre Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tyres on a variety of vehicles. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Inspect tyres for wear and damage, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Remove and install tyres on vehicles using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Balance tyres to ensure smooth operation and longevity.
- Repair punctures and other tyre-related issues as necessary.
- Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Keep accurate records of work performed on each vehicle.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing tasks.
Requirements:
- Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to tyre maintenance.
