What You'll Do:

Required Skills:
- Proven success in sales within construction training, NVQs, apprenticeships, funded training, or related sectors.
- Strong construction sector knowledge, with experience selling training courses or services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to confidently identify opportunities, hit targets, and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach and a proactive attitude.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with sectors such as rail or engineering, demonstrating relevant knowledge and sales capability.
