What You'll Do:

Required Skills:

  • Proven success in sales within construction training, NVQs, apprenticeships, funded training, or related sectors.
  • Strong construction sector knowledge, with experience selling training courses or services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to confidently identify opportunities, hit targets, and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach and a proactive attitude.

Nice to Have Skills:
