We’re working with a well‑established training provider to recruit an Automotive Learning Coach supporting apprentices in heavy vehicle engineering. The Role
- Support and coach a cohort of approx. 40 learners
- Deliver progress reviews, mentoring, and workplace observations
- Work closely with apprentices in HGV and trailer engineering
- Support learning across mechanical, maintenance, and manufacturing disciplines
- Combine on‑site delivery in Winsford with hybrid responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in HGV, bus, coach, or trailer engineering
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or assessing (essential)
- Assessor and/or teaching qualification (desirable)
- Passion for mentoring and developing learners
- Ability to support both practical and theoretical engineering skills
