A leading Group Training Association is seeking an experienced Welding & Fabrication Instructor to train and inspire the next generation of engineers. This full-time role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on welding and fabrication experience who is looking to move into training, or an experienced instructor looking for a new opportunity.

You Will:

  • Deliver practical and theory-based welding and fabrication training to apprentices
  • Support learners through their qualifications, assessments and practical development
  • Teach a range of welding techniques, fabrication processes and workshop practices
  • Provide guidance, feedback and mentoring to help learners build industry-ready skills
  • Maintain a safe, professional and engaging workshop environment

We’re Looking For:

  • Strong industrial experience in welding and fabrication
  • Competence across MIG, TIG, ARC/MMA or relevant welding processes
  • Experience working from engineering drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and support learners
  • A genuine interest in developing the next generation of skilled engineers
  • Teaching/assessing experience is desirable, but industry candidates looking to move into training are encouraged to apply
