Automotive Learning Coach – HGV & Trailer Engineering
Winsford (On-Site + Hybrid) Full-Time, Permanent £35,459 – £39,459 + £3,000+ Car Allowance
Are you an experienced HGV or Trailer Engineer looking to step into a rewarding training role? We’re working with a well-established training provider to recruit an Automotive Learning Coach supporting apprentices in heavy vehicle engineering. This is a fantastic opportunity to pass on your industry knowledge, support the next generation of engineers, and enjoy a flexible hybrid working model.
The Role- Support and coach a cohort of approx. 40 learners
- Deliver progress reviews, mentoring, and workplace observations
- Work closely with apprentices in HGV and trailer engineering
- Support learning across mechanical, maintenance, and manufacturing disciplines
- Combine on-site delivery in Winsford with hybrid responsibilities
- Strong background in HGV, bus, coach, or trailer engineering
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or assessing (essential)
- Assessor and/or teaching qualification (desirable)
- Passion for mentoring and developing learners
- Ability to support both practical and theoretical engineering skills
- Competitive salary up to £39,459
- £3,000+ car allowance
- 37-hour working week
