We’re working with a highly regarded training provider to recruit an Engineering Tutor / Assessor, offering the chance to make a real impact while enjoying a hybrid, field-based position.
The Role- Deliver and assess Engineering Maintenance apprenticeship programmes
- Conduct workplace visits, observations, and progress reviews
- Provide hands-on coaching and support to learners on-site
- Manage your own diary with a high degree of autonomy
- Cover a regional patch from Cheshire through to Yorkshire
- Level 4 qualification (or above) in Engineering
- Strong industry background in engineering maintenance
- Previous teaching, training, or assessing experience (desirable, not essential)
- Assessor qualification (advantageous – support available if needed)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- Competitive salary up to £38,985
- £3,000+ car allowance
- 37-hour working week with flexible working arrangements
