Overview: I am working with a college in Surrey who is currently working with a college to recruit an inspirational and enthusiastic Level 4 Counselling Lecturer to join the Professional and Service Industries department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the Level 4 Counselling provision
  • Act as course leader for the Level 4 Counselling programme
  • Promote student attendance and engagement
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to department planning
  • Support curriculum development and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to open evenings, parents’ evenings, and related events
