Are you a skilled multi-trade professional looking to take the next step in your facilities career? We are seeking two enthusiastic and experienced Facilities Leads to join our supportive Facilities team. This is a hands-on role where you'll use your expertise in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, or painting and decorating to support the day-to-day operations of two busy educational campuses. You'll play a key part in ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for all students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of maintenance and repair tasks across campus facilities
- Ensure the premises remain compliant, secure, and operational at all times
- Use digital systems and tools (including Microsoft Office) to manage workflows
- Support the wider estates and health & safety functions as required
- Work outdoors and across multiple sites when necessary
About You:
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled trade or facilities-based role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Comfortable using online systems and tools such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Minimum GCSE (or equivalent Level 2) in Maths & English (or willingness to obtain)
- NEBOSH qualification (desirable or working towards)
