TR2 Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a leading Further Education provider in South West Cumbria to recruit an Engineering Lecturer specialising in Quality and Workplace Improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Continuous Improvement professional or Engineering Lecturer who is passionate about developing the next generation of engineering talent.

The role will focus on delivering high-quality engineering education and training, with particular emphasis on quality, workplace improvement, continuous improvement and engineering practices.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for delivering engaging and industry-relevant learning to engineering students, helping learners develop the technical knowledge, practical skills and professional behaviours required to succeed within modern engineering environments.
  • You will contribute to teaching, learning and assessment across engineering programmes, using your industry knowledge and experience to bring subjects to life and ensure learners understand how engineering principles are applied within the workplace.
