I am working with a college in Wrexham who are urgently looking for an Employability Mentor to work at a nearby college for a few weeks starting immediately.
Some responsibilities include:
- Recruit and support learners across college sites.
- Deliver employability training and ensure learner progression.
- Provide pastoral support and manage learner caseloads.
- Liaise with referral agencies to maximise program uptake.
- Ensure accurate data recording for income and audit purposes.
- Arrange and monitor training placements and progress.
Requirements
- Must have a driving licence and use of a car.
