Lecturer – Electrical Installation (x2 Vacancies) Salary: £29,736 – £40,551 + up to £44,661 for L5 Qualified + potential market supplement to £50,000 (subject to experience & qualifications) Contract: Permanent Shape the Next Generation of Electricians – Full Training Provided A well-established Further Education provider is recruiting two permanent Electrical Installation Lecturers to join their Construction and Built Environment team. These positions are open to both qualified lecturers and experienced electricians from industry who would like to move into teaching. Full training, including funded teaching and assessing qualifications, is provided. The Role * Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across a range of Electrical Installation programmes. * Act as Course Tutor and support with course coordination duties. * Contribute to developing teaching materials, flexible curriculum content and online resources. * Support recruitment, enrolment, induction and student progress. * Embed employability, work experience and employer engagement into teaching. * Maintain high standards of assessment, internal verification and quality improvement. * Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, sustainability and positive learner behaviours.
