About the Role

As an Electrical Engineering Lecturer, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of Electrical Engineering programmes
  • Support students at various levels, including full-time learners and apprentices
  • Contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement
  • Assess, track, and support learners to achieve their goals
  • Engage with industry to maintain relevant, up-to-date teaching content
  • Play an active role in a collaborative and forward-thinking Engineering department

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Strong industry experience in Electrical Engineering
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for supporting student progress
  • Willingness to achieve teaching qualifications (fully funded)

Desirable

  • Prior teaching or training experience
  • Relevant Level 5+ Engineering or Teaching qualification
  • Knowledge of FE curriculum delivery
