About the Role
As an Electrical Engineering Lecturer, you will:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of Electrical Engineering programmes
- Support students at various levels, including full-time learners and apprentices
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement
- Assess, track, and support learners to achieve their goals
- Engage with industry to maintain relevant, up-to-date teaching content
- Play an active role in a collaborative and forward-thinking Engineering department
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Strong industry experience in Electrical Engineering
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passion for supporting student progress
- Willingness to achieve teaching qualifications (fully funded)
Desirable
- Prior teaching or training experience
- Relevant Level 5+ Engineering or Teaching qualification
- Knowledge of FE curriculum delivery
