Our client is looking for a senior Real Estate Development lawyer to support on a long-term building remediation project. The team needs someone who can get into the detail, manage a high volume of work and work well in a project-led environment.
- Advise on development agreements, ownership issues, access and rights affecting buildings or adjacent land.
- Review, draft and negotiate development and property-related documentation.
- Work closely with legal, technical and project teams to resolve site specific issues.
- Strong real estate development experience gained either in Private Practice or In-house.
- Experience with development agreements, ownership issues, access rights and rights affecting buildings or adjacent land.
- Background supporting complex development, regeneration or remediation projects.
Office working: Hybrid working, with four days per week onsite in North London.
ASAP, with early July preferred. Pay range and compensation package: Competitive day rate or FTC equivalent. They will consider candidates on both a day-rate consultancy or fixed-term contract basis.
