This hands‑on technical role sits between the Global IT Service Desk and Infrastructure teams, acting as a key escalation point for complex incidents and service requests.
You will lead governance of SharePoint Online and Entra ID, manage Intune across Windows and Apple devices, support Teams, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
