TR, part of Trifast plc, is seeking a senior Reward Director to design, lead and deliver a global reward strategy that attracts, motivates and retains top talent. You will set global reward principles across levels and implement a global grading structure while aligning benefits across regions.
You will partner with the Chief People and Transformation Officer, advise senior leaders on pay positioning and incentives, monitor market trends, and ensure governance and regulatory compliance.
