We’re a small, friendly brokerage made up of two experienced advisers, and we’re looking for a Protection Adviser to join us as we grow our protection arm. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, wants to make a real impact, and likes the idea of helping shape a growing business rather than being “just another number” in a large firm.
About the role
- Advising clients on protection solutions including life insurance, critical illness, income protection and family protection
- Working with warm leads and existing clients, with scope to develop your own client bank
- Providing clear, compliant, and client-focused advice
- Helping us grow and refine our protection proposition as the business expands
About you
- Experienced or newly qualified Protection Adviser (CAS preferred but not essential)
- Passionate about protection and doing the right thing for clients
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Keen to be part of a small team and contribute ideas
