The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a specialist team delivering bespoke interactive waterplay and leisure attraction projects.

This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will oversee projects from initial concept and design through manufacturing, procurement, logistics, installation, commissioning, and final client handover.

Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, installation teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception through to completion.

Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project programmes, timelines, and milestones.

Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and profitability, identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Ensure all projects meet contractual requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards.

Act as the primary client contact, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues professionally.

Plan and coordinate installation schedules, including logistics, deliveries, plant hire, accommodation, and equipment.

Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety legislation and industry standards.

Requirements Proven Project Management experience within manufacturing, construction, engineering, or leisure attractions.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and project costs.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of interactive waterplay, splash parks, fountains, or aquatic attractions (desirable).

Understanding of pumps, filtration systems, controls, or water treatment (desirable).

Familiarity with fabrication/manufacturing processes, CAD drawings, and technical specifications.

Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, APM, or PMP).

SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
