An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing retail organisation with a strong national presence. This is a great chance to be part of a dynamic Brand & Marketing team, supporting in-store communications and contributing to a busy store opening programme.
The role focuses on in-store communications, including point-of-sale (POS) materials, while also offering the opportunity to take ownership of key day-to-day marketing activities:
- Coordinating store nominations and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders
- Managing and maintaining the POS portal, ensuring all assets are accurate and up to date
- Liaising with buying teams to brief promotional creatives and communicate campaigns effectively
- Collaborating with the design team to develop marketing campaigns and POS materials
- Supporting the delivery of POS packs for new store openings
- Working closely with print suppliers to ensure timely delivery of in-store materials
- Partnering with social media and PR teams to support integrated marketing campaigns
About You
Essential:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with responsibility for delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to adapt activity based on performance insights
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for copywriting
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Desirable:
- 2 years experience in a similar marketing role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
- Experience producing consumer-facing marketing materials
- Degree educated or equivalent
