We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Support Assistant to join a busy Customer Support Team. This role is available on a temporary, fixed-term (3 months) or permanent basis, offering flexibility for the right candidate.
As a key member of the team, you will support both customers and internal colleagues by processing orders, coordinating despatches, managing enquiries and ensuring a consistently high standard of service. You will work closely with teams across Finance, Operations and Sales, acting as a central point of contact to ensure queries are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:- Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation
- Coordinate domestic and international despatches, ensuring paperwork is complete and correct
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via shared inboxes
- Handle warranties, complaints, and service plans in line with escalation procedures
- Process credit card payments securely and accurately
- Support internal teams with customer and order-related queries
- Liaise with Finance, Operations, and Sales to resolve issues and improve service delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records and data
- Champion excellent customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement
- Previous experience in customer support, service, or administration
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident communicator with a professional, customer-focused approach
- Comfortable working to deadlines and service-level targets
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
- Good IT skills and confidence using email and internal systems
