Key
Responsibilities: Develop and manage the seasonal plant category, aligning with business objectives to drive sales, optimise stock levels and maintain margin performance.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships across the UK and Europe, including regular communication and site visits.
Negotiate effectively to ensure the best balance of cost and quality.
Plan and coordinate seasonal delivery schedules, ensuring compliance with import regulations and domestic requirements while minimising waste.
Respond proactively to seasonal trends and demand fluctuations, identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain product availability.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activity, and product innovation.
