We are currently recruiting for an experienced Moulding Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment in the Plymouth area.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous machine operating or manufacturing experience who is looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday position.

The Role

As a Moulding Operator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery
  • Loading and unloading materials and components
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
  • Following production processes and health & safety procedures
  • Reporting any machine issues or quality concerns
  • Maintaining a clean and organised working area
  • Working as part of a team to meet production targets

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • The ability to follow instructions and work to set processes
  • Good reliability and attendance
  • A willingness to learn and develop within the role
  • Your own transport is essential due to the location and shift times

  • Monday to Friday working pattern
  • 2:00pm 10:00pm shift

  • Full training provided where required
