TQR are working exclusively with a global Manufacturer based at their Plymouth site to recruit experienced Quality Assurance Technician on a Night shift due to increased production demand. This role is ideal for candidates with previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing or production experience who have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high quality standards. Successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out inspections, identifying quality concerns, supporting production teams and ensuring products meet customer and company specifications. These are ongoing temporary positions with the potential to become permanent depending on business requirements and individual performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products and components. Carry out quality checks in line with customer specifications and company standards. Identify, record and report any non-conformances or quality issues. Support production teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process. Complete quality documentation and inspection records accurately. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality processes. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives where appropriate.
