We are seeking an experienced Marketing Production Lead to join a growing retail business based in Plymouth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketing professional to take ownership of the retail marketing production function, leading the delivery of high-quality in-store campaigns across multiple channels. The successful candidate will manage campaign production from brief through to delivery, working closely with internal teams, external agencies and production partners.
About the Role
As Marketing Production Lead, you will oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of retail marketing campaigns, ensuring all materials are produced accurately, on time and within budget.
You will act as a key link between marketing teams, creative teams, suppliers and wider business stakeholders, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and consistently across stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of retail marketing campaigns, including POS, signage, in-store communications and promotional activity.
- Manage the production of marketing materials for new store openings, refurbishments, relocations and key business events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, production partners and agencies.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets and priorities to ensure successful delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for marketing production requirements across the business.
- Work closely with creative teams and agencies to ensure assets meet brand guidelines and deadlines.
- Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Identify potential risks, resolve production issues and provide updates to key stakeholders.
- Review and improve production processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience managing marketing production, campaign delivery or creative projects, ideally within a retail or customer-focused environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence working across internal teams and external partners.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and external agencies.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
