Key Responsibilities
- Handling a high volume of inbound telephone calls from customers, patients, healthcare professionals and other organisations.
- Listening carefully to customers and understanding their needs.
- Providing clear, accurate and compassionate information.
- Dealing with enquiries, orders, deliveries and general customer service queries.
- Liaising with internal teams and healthcare professionals to resolve issues.
- Updating customer records and ensuring information is recorded accurately.
- Managing sensitive and sometimes challenging conversations with patience and professionalism.
- Following company procedures and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Ensuring every customer receives a positive experience.
