The organization is steadily expanding its asset base through a mix of acquiring new properties, building developments and repurposing existing sites. Key Responsibilities: Handling day-to-day occupant communications, though direct inquiries are limited as the majority of the residential stock is outsourced to external agencies. Coordinating emergency and routine maintenance, including carrying out physical site checks, dispatching contractors, generating purchase orders, and keeping occupants informed. Managing end-to-end property insurance claims, liaising with policyholders, and overseeing reinstatement works.
