About the Role: We are looking for a friendly, caring and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Plymouth. You will be working for a healthcare company that provides essential equipment and support to people living with illness, disabilities and other health conditions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound telephone calls from customers, patients, healthcare professionals and other organisations.
  • Listening carefully to customers and understanding their needs.
