This newly created position plays a key role in driving transformation across the supply chain network — enabling business growth, enhancing service levels, and optimising costs through innovative thinking and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a roadmap for continuous improvement and innovation across the supply chain network.
* Identify and deliver initiatives that enhance cost efficiency, service speed, and quality.
* Introduce automation and mechanisation to improve operational performance.
* Collaborate with procurement, logistics, IT, and operations to implement scalable and sustainable solutions.
* Establish KPIs, track performance, and communicate insights to senior leadership.
* Strengthen network resilience, flexibility, and scalability to meet business demands.
* Analyse operational performance to identify and resolve root causes of inefficiency.
* Build agility to manage seasonal and demand fluctuations.
* Conduct network modelling to align operations with strategic goals.

Person Specification
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* 5–10 years’ experience in supply chain leadership roles, ideally within FMCG, retail, or omnichannel environments.
* Proven experience in network optimisation, planning, and operational execution.
