Senior Design Engineer – Specialist Applications TQR Plymouth is partnered with a world-leading precision engineering business, supporting the recruitment of a Senior Product Design Engineer at an exciting time of growth. Our client is a specialist manufacturer of precision engineered products that are used across a number of high-reliability sectors, including aviation, defence, space and medical. Recognised as an employer of choice, the company advocates ongoing professional development, supporting and funding study for its ambitious colleagues. The successful candidate will join a skilled team of engineers, supporting multiple projects at any one time through the end-to-end process. As a senior engineer within a team of 10, you’ll effectively be the right-hand person to the Lead Product Design Engineer, lending your expertise to junior colleagues, ensuring the accuracy of their work and providing guidance as required. Working in collaboration with a variety of departments, your role will enjoy a high level of visibility within the business.
