As they continue to expand, we’re seeking a talented Senior Account Manager to play a pivotal role in driving client success and contributing to our ambitious growth plans. What You’ll Do: As a Senior Account Manager, you will: * Lead Client Relationships: Manage and develop a portfolio of high-value clients, acting as their primary point of contact. * Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling solutions to meet and exceed revenue targets. * Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies to deliver exceptional service and long-term value for clients. * Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. * Provide Insight: Conduct regular account reviews, providing clients with insights, updates, and performance metrics. * Problem Solve: Address challenges proactively to maintain strong client satisfaction and retention. What We’re Looking For: Experience: * Proven success in account management, sales, or client services, with experience managing high-value accounts. * Expertise in the training sector is a strong advantage. Skills: * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results. * Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Education: * A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Other: * Familiarity with the Plymouth market or surrounding region is beneficial. * A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
