Due to continued growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Visual Merchandising Planner to join a busy Head Office team in Plymouth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate planograms and merchandising guides that support business objectives and drive sales.
- Ensure merchandising packs are clear, practical, and easy for store teams to implement.
- Utilise micro space planning software and data reports to analyse, design, and deliver commercially viable and visually appealing merchandising packs.
- Work collaboratively with Floor Planning, Buying, and Data Analysis teams.
- Undertake occasional store visits to support reviews and assist with new store openings.
- Report to the Team Leader and Head of Department as part of a dedicated merchandising team producing timely and accurate merchandising guides.
- Take full responsibility for maintaining plans for assigned departments.
Skills & Experience
- Commercial and/or retail experience (visual merchandising advantageous).
- Methodical, thorough, accurate, and numerate approach.
- Creative flair, passion, and ability to use own initiative.
- Knowledge of planograms (advantageous).
- Excellent PC skills, including:
- Windows & Microsoft Office
- Photoshop or InDesign (or equivalent)
- Micro space planning design software (advantageous).
