Roles Available
- Electronics Assembler
- Hand assembly of PCBs and electronic components
- Coil winding and loom preparation – wiring, crimping, wire-stripping
- Rack and cubicle assembly and wiring
- Soldering (Surface Mount & Through-hole) and conformal coating
- Following technical drawings, schematics, and production instructions
- Using both manual and automated test equipment (Fluke meters, multimeters)
- Test Operative
- Assembly and testing of electrical/electronic components
- Visual inspections of electronic and light mechanical systems
- Use of semi-automatic test equipment and encapsulation machinery
- Rack and cubicle assembly, coil winding, and loom preparation
- Minor painting and finishing tasks
- Investigating production faults and ensuring quality standards are met
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in electrical, electronic or mechanical production
- Ability to read technical drawings, test specs and wiring diagrams
- Skilled in manual dexterity tasks and attention to detail
- Competence with electronic test equipment and Windows-based software
- Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented
- For Assemblers: Surface Mount and Through-hole soldering experience
- For Production Operatives: ONC level or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic discipline preferred
