Roles Available

  • Electronics Assembler
    • Hand assembly of PCBs and electronic components
    • Coil winding and loom preparation – wiring, crimping, wire‑stripping
    • Rack and cubicle assembly and wiring
    • Soldering (Surface Mount & Through‑hole) and conformal coating
    • Following technical drawings, schematics, and production instructions
    • Using both manual and automated test equipment (Fluke meters, multimeters)
  • Test Operative
    • Assembly and testing of electrical/electronic components
    • Visual inspections of electronic and light mechanical systems
    • Use of semi‑automatic test equipment and encapsulation machinery
    • Rack and cubicle assembly, coil winding, and loom preparation
    • Minor painting and finishing tasks
    • Investigating production faults and ensuring quality standards are met

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands‑on experience in electrical, electronic or mechanical production
  • Ability to read technical drawings, test specs and wiring diagrams
  • Skilled in manual dexterity tasks and attention to detail
  • Competence with electronic test equipment and Windows‑based software
  • Flexible, proactive, and team‑oriented
  • For Assemblers: Surface Mount and Through‑hole soldering experience
  • For Production Operatives: ONC level or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic discipline preferred
