Creative Digital Designer in Plymouth

We’re working with a successful and growing business that, due to continued expansion, is looking to appoint a Creative Digital Designer to join their in-house creative team at their Head Office in Plymouth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally focused designer to play a key role in shaping multiple brands online, producing eye-catching, high-quality creative for websites, campaigns and promotions.

The Role

Reporting into the Creative Manager, the Creative Digital Designer will be responsible for producing engaging digital artwork that brings brands to life online. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, acting as the visual “shop window” for the company’s brands.

Key responsibilities include:

* Designing creative assets from brief for seasonal promotions, campaigns, and digital marketing activity

* Ensuring all artwork is consistent, on-brand, and aligned across the wider group

* Creating compelling digital designs on a daily basis, including:

* Use of generative AI tools

* Canvas expansion and image repurposing

* Colour correction and clipping paths for product and lifestyle photography

* Preparing creative in advance for upcoming campaigns while remaining flexible to deliver reactive design requests

* Supporting wider creative projects as required across the business

About You

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphic or digital design, ideally within a retail or e-commerce environment

* Strong understanding of retail and digital marketing best practices, with a keen eye for what drives engagement and conversion

* Highly proficient on Mac systems

* Advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (After Effects desirable)

* Highly organised, deadline-driven, and able to prioritise workload effectively xiskglj

* Confident communicator, comfortable sharing ideas and collaborating with colleagues across the business
