  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve seller queries and operational issues. Identifying trends, risks and opportunities within seller performance data.
  • Supporting the wider Marketplace team with reporting, analysis and operational administration.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and making recommendations to increase efficiency.
  • Providing general administrative support across marketplace operations.
  • Handling seller, customer and business information confidentially and in accordance with data protection requirements.

  • A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving. The ability to work effectively as part of a wider team.
  • A genuine interest in e-commerce, online marketplaces and online retail.
  • The ability to identify issues, investigate information and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience using marketplace or support platforms such as Mirakl, Zendesk or Power BI would be advantageous, but is not essential.
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information accurately and professionally.

A professional, collaborative and proactive approach to working with colleagues and external sellers.

What You'll Bring to the Role You will be someone who enjoys working with data, people and processes and who takes pride in getting the detail right.

You will be comfortable investigating issues, spotting potential risks and supporting the wider team to keep marketplace operations running smoothly.
