As a Payroll Professional, you will be at the heart of ensuring employee satisfaction through precise and timely payroll processing. Your expertise will be crucial in managing a large volume of payroll data, handling various deductions and contributions, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Accurately process payroll data for a significant number of employees. * Manage a wide range of deductions and contributions, including pensions, benefits, and taxes. * Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies. * Collaborate with the wider people team to support a positive employee experience. * Utilise payroll software and confidently use Excel for data management. You’ll be ideal for this role if you have: * Proven experience in processing large volumes of payroll data. * Strong knowledge of payroll software (e.g. Sage or Iris) and Excel. * Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. * Excellent communication skills and a team player. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations.
