We are currently recruiting for an experienced Moulding Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment in the Plymouth area.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous machine operating or manufacturing experience who is looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday position.
The Role
- Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery
- Loading and unloading materials and components
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Following production processes and health & safety procedures
- Reporting any machine issues or quality concerns
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
About You
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- The ability to follow instructions and work to set processes
- Good reliability and attendance
- A willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Your own transport is essential due to the location and shift times

- Monday to Friday working pattern
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm shift
