Field Technician

We are seeking a Field Technician in Rathcoole, Dublin, to join our client who are a global leader in their sector. In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of advanced equipment by providing exceptional on-site maintenance and support for our clients advanced equipment. Responsibilities * Carry out maintenance and repairs on customer equipment. * Ensure equipment operates at optimal quality through necessary adjustments. * Provide direct customer service by answering questions and offering technical advice. * Maintain accurate and timely records by updating paperwork and databases. * Promptly submit completed documentation. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. * Escalate unresolved issues to management. * Attend team meetings and training sessions, potentially at remote locations * Strictly adhere to company safety protocols and quality procedures, both on and offsite. * Maintain a valid driver’s license and comply with road safety regulations and company driving policies. Experience * Experiene working in a field service technician role. * Strong mechanical aptitude, with proficiency in using hand and power tools. * Competent user of Microsoft Office. * Valid full driver’s license. * Comfortable working independently and within a team. * Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
