Key Responsibilities * Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities across Europe. * Build and manage relationships with distributors, OEMs, consultants, and end-users. * Conduct market analysis and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions. * Represent the business at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings (approx. 60% travel). * Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver regular sales performance reports. * Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. * Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing developments to inform strategy. * Contribute to the development and implementation of both short- and long-term sales plans. Experience & Requirements Essential: * Proven experience in international sales, ideally within the industrial automation, electrical, or motor control sectors. * Demonstrable success in business development and achieving consistent sales growth. * Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand industry trends and align them with business goals. * Experience appointing and managing stocking distributors. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-focused mindset. * High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently. * Proficient with CRM systems and standard business software. * Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (approx. 60%). Desirable: * Technical background in electrical engineering or related field. * Knowledge of soft starters, variable frequency drives (VFDs), or related technologies. * Multilingual ability to support engagement across European markets.
